RAF DECIN company started its production in 1993, when it had specialized in its first tool- HM milling cutter for grooves for window- and door- sealings, which has been produced up to the present days.
As the time went by the company was getting another interesting orders in the field of production of hard-metal shaping tools. In 1997 we took over from "Severoceska Armaturka" complete range of production of prefabrications for "TOS Varnsdorf, Inc." This production has still been continuing and the range of products has been increasing. In 2001 we started production in another field, namely production of moulds for plastics and for cutting tools. In 2002 the CNC shaping workshop was built up. It is equipped with CNC turning and milling technology and CAD/CAM workshop.
In 2003 the company was certified by Czech Governmental Standard EN ISO 9001:2001 In the same year the control/check stand/post/station was equipped with 3D measuring machine Mitutoyo.
There are well-known companies among our customers, such as FEDERAL-MOGUL Inc., METAL Inc., TOS Varnsdorf Inc., LOM s.p., CETOS Inc., NAREX Ceská Lipa , BLACK&DECKER, NAREX MTE Praha.
At the present time the company has got 20 employees and is mainly engaged in production of tools for chip shaping, production of cutting tools, production of moulds for plastics and made-to-order/custom metal production.
